The firm is a niche practice with a corporate and private client base. Ian Miller, who has more than 18 years of corporate legal experience, started the firm in 2008 and it was incorporated at the beginning of 2010.
We have a passion for service and our motivated and energetic team is comfortable with the demands of the industry and always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. The firm’s flexible and dynamic structure enables us to deliver personal service based on principles of honesty and thoroughness and long-lasting client relationships speak to the quality of our work and conduct.
The firm consists of two qualified attorneys and a notary, a business manager with significant conveyancing, bond, transfer and development experience and an administrative assistant and we are currently an exempt Level 4 B-BBEE contributor. We strive to remain current, relevant and active in developing the future of property and general law in South Africa and to ensure that with reference to networking, social responsibility and up-to-date IT and electronic software systems, the firm leaves an indelible impression on the legal industry well into the future.
